Since the decision to go all in on our little animal care business coming out of Covid, things have been steadily expanding for 26 months now.

Hard to believe as we entered last summer it was just myself (owner) and one helper with a part time student brought on for the summer.  Now our team is 5 deep and we look to add a 6th by Memorial Day!

As we have grown, our mid day routes get more efficient which helps our dog walkers earn more and enjoy the grind of what work means.  Several new clients taking advantage of 15 minute potty breaks for a quick back yard potty and play session, and lots of standard and extended walks as well!  (20 and 30 minute).

 

6 months ago we moved to a digital platform called Time to Pet which has helped us in every area.  GPS routes built in now for all dog walking services, auto timer and GPS start and end points for pet sitting, and a seamless way to communicate with our clients!

Built in protocols help us manage the team better with auto alerts to me if anyone is 60 minutes late to a start time, you get pop ups on your smart phone the moment they arrive and notifying you of the end of the visit report!

 

Spring weather is an awesome time to try out our services and see if we can become extended family that gives you peace of mind.  We work as a team and while you will have a primary sitter for continuity, having a backup built in means nobody works sick, less stress on everyone involved to be honest knowing IF something comes up we have you covered.
